Blueberry Pancakes/strong>
During competition training
and in the off season, I enjoy
making flavorful protein filled
pancakes as a meal or delicious
snack.
Here's
what you will need:
Trader Joe's Multi grain
Baking & Pancake Mix
ISAGENIX IsaPro Whey Protein
(unflavored)
Fresh Blueberries
Unsweetened Soy Milk
Eggs
and Oil
For 12-14 Protein
Blueberry Pancakes:
2 Cups
Multi-Grain Baking & Pancake
Mix
1-1.5 Scoops of Isagenix
Whey Protein Powder
(unflavored)
1 Cup Unsweetened Soy Milk
2 Eggs
2 Tablespoons of Oil
(I prefer olive oil)
1 Cup
Fresh Blueberries
Blend all ingredients together
until smooth.
Pour about
1/4 cup pancake mix onto preheated
and lightly greased griddle.
Cook 1 - 1.5 minutes on each
side until golden brown. ENJOY!!
